Konektiv Elements

Konektiv Elements is a South London based collective of musicians, producers and vocalists. From the abstract vibes of HIGHYENA to the futuristic space jazz of Ruby Rushton Experiment and the wonky hip hop and house of Henry Wu there is a coherent line running through it that is unmistakably KE. On this introductory compilation the aforementioned names are joined by multi-instrumentalist Ben Hauke, the idiosyncratic broken beats of Sounds Of the Cosmos (aka Wayne Francis of United Vibrations), CDR regulars Soundspecies and two projects from Tender Ed (Stepsons / Katy B) – Tenderlonious and Edward ElSegundo. KE will act as a sub-label to First Word, with releases from Tenderlonious, Ruby Rushton and Henry Wu already lined up for the coming months, and more acts still to be introduced. Konektiv Elements: the time is now and the sound is tomorrow!
